Is my deposit refundable?
All deposits are non-refundable.
Is there a cancellation policy?
We reserve the right to cancel all trips at any time when the safety of our drivers or passengers is at risk. You will have 72 hours before your scheduled trip to cancel for a full refund. If you cancel after 72 hours you will lose half of your fare which is considered your deposit and all deposits are nonrefundable. If you book a trip within 24 hours of your scheduled trip and cancel there will be no refunds and you will lose your full fare. Please note at J&M we will always do our best to accommodate our customers if it is all possible.
Can I schedule multiple stops from the airport?
If you need multiple stops you can discuss those specific needs when you book your trip and we will help accommodate your requests.
What type of payments are accepted?
Credit and Debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and cash are the preferred types of payments accepted.
Are there taxes included in your pricing?
All rides will be taxed according to California state tax and included in your final pricing.
Is gratuity included?
All rides for all types of services are subject to a minimum gratuity charge of 20%.
Do you provide car seats for children?
We do not provide car seats but we will provide a booster seat if requested for an additional cost.
Are your drivers masked and vaccinated?
All our drivers are vaccinated and wearing masks that comply with the CDC requirements.
Do I need to be masked and vaccinated?
You don’t need to be vaccinated but masks are required by the CDC.
How often are your vehicles cleaned?
All our gorgeous vehicles are cleaned, deodorized, and sanitized daily.
How do I connect with my driver?
When your ride has been confirmed you will be contacted directly by your driver and able to discuss all the details of your trip.
How much grace time am I given?
You are given a 30-minute grace period for all airport pick-ups and a 20-minute grace period for all other services. After your grace period runs out you will lose your reservation and your deposit but please note our drivers are very flexible and will work with you as long as you communicate with them directly. All airport and flight delays will be the responsibility of the customer to notify your driver directly before your scheduled pickup. If you fail to communicate those changes your ride may be canceled and you will lose your deposit.
How will I know when my driver is on their way or has arrived?
Our drivers will confirm your trip on the night before your flight if it’s an early morning flight or in the morning of your scheduled ride. Your driver will text you when they are on their way with an ETA and they will text you when they arrive as well.
How will I know I have the right car and the right driver?
Once your driver has been scheduled we will send you a picture of your driver, their vehicle, and the license plate to assure the accuracy of your safe trip.
Do your drivers have access to the fast-track lanes?
Yes, all our drivers have access to the fast track lanes to ensure you the quickest and safest ride possible.
